If you found an unfamiliar transaction in your credit card billing statements, you should ask your relatives or everybody in your home first, before calling your credit card issuers. If your family members didn't do any transaction as listed in your billing statement, make sure that you never did any transaction with the same amount but different store name, sometimes stores write the company name in the sales draft instead their store name. 

But if you really sure that the transaction is not yours, you should call your bank to block your credit card and request for replacement. After that, make sure to request dispute process. usually, to dispute a purchase in your credit card, you need a statement letter. The issuers will ask you to send statement letter, Copy of ID and Copy of your credit card. 

The credit card issuer will investigate the transaction after you completed all the documents. Investigation process is about 3 month to 6 month. Make sure to ask your bank/ credit issuer about your payment, but usually you don't have to pay any transaction that still on a dispute process.

Request a dispute process doesn't mean that the transaction will be 100% deleted from your bills. But, it depends on the investigation result, i mean that you can be lose or win. If you lose, you will be charged for that transaction plus interest and sales draft fee.

Mostly, Credit Card issuers will reject to dispute transaction in a lost credit card. But if the transaction was done after you had reported that you lost your credit card. That transaction will be your bank responsibility.

noways, White card or Fake card can not be used anymore in atm. So If you have a cash advance transaction in your billing statement, and you think that the transaction isn't yours. Bank  Usually will have you to ask your relatives or your friends. You can still apply for dispute process but there is just a little chance for you to win it.
