Here are some disputes cases according to the types of transactions:
Case a
This is not really difficult. You can follow these Steps

You are charged for a transaction You never did
- a. You are charged double or more transaction for purchasing only one.
- b. You are charged for some transaction in a credit card that you even never receipt
- c. You are Charged for canceled transaction or transactions that you already paid with cash or with others cards
- d. You are Charged for a membership fee like insurance, game applications, etc. That you had already canceled.
- e. You are Charged for a transaction that you never did.
Case a
This is not really difficult. You can follow these Steps
- Try to call the merchant, ask your merchant to void or refund invalid transaction.
- If Merchant can't help you. Then you have to call your bank and apply for dispute process.
- If you process the dispute through bank, usually you have to send them some documents like statement letter/Dispute form, Copy of your ID Card, Copy of your credit card and sales Draft . If you have lost the sales Draft, tell about it to the costumer service of your bank.
- You have to report maximum 30 days after receipt your bill/ invoiced.
- The process usually will not too long for this cases, although bank will inform that it will take time about 180 Days.
Case b
If You are charged for some transaction in a credit card that you never receipt or the credit card is not belong to you. Follow these steps!
- Call the Bank, Asking for the delivery report status.
- If the Bank says that in the delivery report status, you had receipt the credit card, ask them to make an investigations report.
- But if there is no status of that credit card delivery, tell the bank to make a dispute report for you.
Case C
- If you are Charged for canceled transaction, the easiest way to correct it is by calling your merchant and ask them to do refund.
- Ask the merchant about the process, how long it will be?
- Confirm about it to your bank by calling your bank customer service.
Case D
- You are charged for invalid membership fee or canceled membership
- Call the PIC of that program or the company that issued that program. Ask them to do refund to your credit card.
- If the merchant can't help you. Call your bank and request for disputing process.
- Request the bank to block your credit card and asking for a replacement.
- To dispute this case usually take time maximum 180 Days.
Case E
You are charged for a transaction You never did
- Before you dispute a credit card purchase, do this first!
- Try to remember, maybe you ever did a purchase with the same amount but different Store name. If you ever did, call your bank and ask detail of the transaction.
- Try to ask your family, Maybe somebody in your family used your credit card without asking to you or maybe you forget.
- If sure 100% that it is a mistaken. And you or your family never did that transaction, then you should call your bank to asking for dispute.
